Hi!
I want to know what all Acts are applicable to Hotel Industry as a whole?
i have gathered the below mentioned. Please add in if some Act is missing:
1. State Luxury Tax Act
2. State VAT (If F&B is served n billed by Hotel)
3. Service Tax
4. Minimum Wages Act
5. Payment of Gratuity
6. Payment of Bonus
7. Fire & Explosives Act (for storage of Gas bank & Diesel)
8. Food Safety & Security Act
