Activation of Status in MCA21

26 November 2009 The status of a company in MCA21 site is found "under liquidation". For filing Annual Accounts and appointing directors, we have to make the status of the company active. Can any body explain the procedure to be followed by the company to make the status active in MCA21 site, to whome application to be submitted.? Kindly advice

27 November 2009 Make an application to your local ROC office. Also if possible, try to understand by personal visit, the reason for your company being shown as under liquidation.
