Acknowlegement after filing of return

Sirs,
I filed my income tax return online and registered my digital signature also for the AY 2009-10.
I got the acknowlegement ITR V by e mail and that says I must sign the form and send by post to Bangalore IT office by ordinary post.
Even if I have registered the digital signature, is it still necessary to send the ITR V by post?
Should the ITR V not be different if filed with digital signature.

but section says you should produce relevant documents on demand....so comply with dmenad
