18 December 2013 ITR-V will be available as and when you have uploaded income tax return
.

if you filed it return with DSC you dont need to send ITR-V to CPC
.
.
however if you have not signed with DSC you have to send it to CPC bangalore and as and when they received they will mail you that they have received your ITR-V
