i m student in fY bcom so plz tell mi about my quary give ans. as early as possible.
1)if purchase machine but it not related to business. that time what is a entry book in tallyERP9

Please specify the meaning of not realted to busienss then i may be able to answer. If related to business then simple debit the ledgers of Machinery/Printing & Stationery as the case may , Debit any Input VAT if any and credit the creditor

as you said that purchase is not related to business,then it will be drawing if money from tha business has been withdrawn for purchase & the entry in both case will be:-
drawing a/c dr
to cash/creditor
drawing a/c dr
to cash/creditor
