One of my client is clerk in district court. They make salary payment by just intimation Tresury officer to deduct TDS on it. They didn't have any challan regarding payment of TDS.

Is it necessary to get AIN and submit Form No. 24 G instead of Form No. 24Q

22 April 2011 This will be covered by the clause "payment of Taxes through book entry" They have to file the Form 24 G and should issue form 16 mentioning the Book Indentification Number
