Hello,
One of our client has shifted head office and factroy from maharashtra to vadodara two years ago. At present maharashtra office is treated as branch of HO Vadodara.
My question is whether accounts of branch is to be kept at maharashtra or vadodara for incometax purpose?

In case of branch accounting the books are to be maintained at relevant branch only.
