WHAT WOULD BE THE ENTRY IN TALLY9, I DONT WANT TO CREATE A LEDGER OF MANY PERSON, 2ND QUERY I DO IN TAALY9 - CONVEYANCE ..Dr. TO.. PATY CASH, IS IT RIGHT WAY TO MAKE ENTY IN TALLY9, PLEASE ANS. 20 April 2012 As you said that entry load is too much it is obviously not possible to create separate ledger for each person. you are passing correct entry but you can write narration for the payment you have made comprising name of person & purpose.

1st-conveyance Dr... to ... Conveyance payable and 2nd one is Conveyance payable.. Dr, To.. Pattycash / cash.
