Can any one tell me whether i can pass the entry for sales return in the fin year 2010-2011 for the sales made in the year 2009-2010.Are there any tax implication for the same.

06 January 2011 you can pass but the time limit for Credit not, is six months under VAT & if it is Excise bill at the time of despatch of material.
