can any one tell me the accounting entry at the end of the year for tds deducted by debtors i mean it is to be written off or carried forward

Debit TDS Receivable A/c
Credit Debtor's A/c
Both the balances(TDS & Debtors) is to be carried forward.
The TDS amount can be adjcsted with Income Tax liability
Credit Debtor's A/c
Both the balances(TDS & Debtors) is to be carried forward.
The TDS amount can be adjcsted with Income Tax liability
