Sir, i have finished my articleship (after Pe-2) last month and was wishing to apply for ATC. my doubt is after applying for ATC can i appear for final exam? Is there any condition that a student applying for ATC has to forego his final examination?

No there is no condition. u can apply for ATC and also give your final exam.
