Can we show investment in JV as loan advances when jv is in the process of liquidation.

02 June 2013 If you show loans to JV in liquidation this money will never come back and a big question can be raised why this money was given?

In case the loan is given to liquidate the liabilities and after disposal of assets the money will come back then it can be given but with proper resolution.
