30 September 2009 Hi, Accounting standard 18 is about to disclosures about transactions between related parties in financial statements of the companies where there is and also in case of entities where control is there between 2 companies even there is no transactions between those companies disclosures are required to be there in the financial statements.

beware this accounting standard is only about disclosures and nothing is given about accounting treatment.
