Whether Provision for Gratuity & amount charged to Profit & loss account should be equal to amount specified as per Actuarial valuation done as per AS - 15 or it can be more than amount specified by Actuarial valuation.

It has to be as per actuarial valuation. If extra provision is made it has to be disclosed with reasons.
