Dear Sir,
We are manufacture of pre fabricated building. We are manufacturing a building for our own use on land which is on the other side of the road. Who we have to pass enty. Do we have to issue eway bill. Do we have to issue invoice of sale.

No. No entry is required, no E-way bill is required.

Sir, in 2007 we had a excise audit in that we were told to raise bill on cost + 10%. so we are looking in that way if we issue sale bill can we put that bill in B2C invoice above 2.5 Lacs
