Dear Sir,
pls explain with example. if we purchase material from Abc co. of Rs.10000/- and payment made by xyz on behalf of abc.then how to pass entry, explain with ledger creation.

My query is that we have two co. with the differ name ABC & xyz. So My query is that i want to pass a entry for that i made payment thru xyz on behalf ABC co. direct to supplier.so plz guide me that how i pass entry in tally.

then treat it as loan entry and book it that way.

you can pass but its treat loan. you have to ignore this practice.
