15 April 2011 On what date sale should be accounted as by builder: Agreement Date or Possession Given Date.
On what date purchase should be accounted as by Buyer: Agreement Date or Possession Receipt Date.

15 April 2011 The sale is agreement to sale with possession.means the date of possession if it falls after date of agreement and if both co iniced then date of agreement and possession.

As a buyer again same thing if date of possessions falls after date of agreement then on the date of possession.
