Core Banking is a general term used to describe the services provided by a group of networked bank branches. Bank Customers may access their funds and other simple transactions from any of the member branch offices at REAL TIME.
Core banking solutions try to integrate all the branches of a bank together. Every branch shares data with every other branch. For Example, suppose a bank has 200 branches, a customer having an account in one of the branches in a particular city can always issue a cheque to a different branch in another city and can transact.
