03 December 2009 I am an accountant.I want to ask about sales tax registration applicability?limit of sales or purchase which attract VAT?This affect the Income Tax return?

04 December 2009 Sales tax registration Process is same in all the states. if your T.O cross 5 lacs you have to be registered under VAT. or Tax payes more than 10,000.it applicable.
time limit with in 1 month you have cross above limit
yes it relates to IT bcs its all about Purchase,sales,Stock & Profit/loss.... that you have done by VAT/CST.
