SIR/MAM i wrote my first accounts exam with blue pen, will they valu my answer paper?

No,
I didn't think so that ICAI will reject/hold your results just because of you wrote exam in Blue pen
Anway my personal suggestion is drop this query in E-SAHAYATA

Nothing to worry, since some of the candidates were not aware of the changes which was implemented from November 2017 Examination, to write their answers in Black Ink only. You will not be reprimanded for the same.
