Please suggest/advice me

I want to open a ledger in tally but i m puzzle about that's head

ledger is

Short & Excess under ????????
Foreign Exchange Fluctuation under ?????????

please with explanation

02 August 2011 "Foreign Exchange Fluctuation" should be grouped under indirect expenses. If it is gain in any particular year, then change its grouping in indirect income.

as you told me if gain/loss in particular year than it would be applicable
but
we do export monthly in some sales we get profit in Foreign Exchange Fluctuation and in some we get loss in one month transaction so and we have open that a/c in indirect income

but i m puzzle about that
if i gain than it's right
but if loss than it's wrong

so please
