My client garments business .he purchase of good kanpur. purchase invoice date 20.06.08 & goods received 24.06.08.accounting entry kis date me karege .pls tell me urgentaly.

make entry on later of these two dates:
1) date on which goods recd.
2) date on which bill recd.
if u receive a duplicate copy of bill with goods, then can make on that date also.
