dear Sir,
My freind received Rs 8,00,000/- annualy as commission income. Rs 80,000/- was deducted as TDS, my quetion is that he is requere to make account for the said amount 800000/ or not? without making acount he can file the return on line? Can he claim the whole tds amount for refund?

he needs to make accounts since income yhave exceeded rs 1,20,000
