i have accepted a statutory audit of a private company. i have also send the acceptance letter to the previous auditor.
my queries is that shall i accept this audit, lesser audit fees which previous auditor charged.

the clause of undercutting of fees is being omitted for 2006. If u have followed all the eithes and procedure laiddown by company Act, u can accept the audit
