I want to draft a letter to accept the audit of a company. What are the compliances with the company law to act as an auditor of a company? what should the letter actually contain?

Please find below a simple format of letter for acceptance of audit. After you receive a letter from company that members/BOD have appointed you as auditors in the AGM / BM, you should file Form 23B within 30 days from the date of letter.
