abt filing IT return

07 July 2010 Hello to all,
the address of a person in PAN details is of his permanent address of Andrapradesh state, but he presently working in mumbai & stays in rented flat. so my query is that, where to file the Income Tax return? in that State or in Mumbai?
pls revert back immediately.
