abt filing IT return

Hello to all,
the address of a person in PAN details is of his permanent address of Andrapradesh state, but he presently working in mumbai & stays in rented flat. so my query is that, where to file the Income Tax return? in that State or in Mumbai?
pls revert back immediately.

IT return can now be filed online, irrespective of location and acknowledgement has to be sent to Bangalore.
