Sir,
i uploaded the form 3ca for the company with attachments of Balance sheet, P& L A/c by mistake without the sign of the auditor on scanned Attachments. By mistake client has approved. if send another 3CA form with singing attachments will it be taken into count in 45 tax audits .

Not possible to send one more report ..as there is no provision provided for revision of tax audit report
