28 April 2012 Dear Sir, We are a Pvt. Ltd. co. & TDS deducted on employees monthly & file TDS return Quarterly.
if any employees TDS is not deducted by co.(during The whole Year) then this employees income details in TDS Return submission is compulsory for Quarterly basis.

means if no tds deducted on any employees income then details of income of that employee is submit in TDS return or not. is this mandatory.

28 April 2012 You've two options:

Firstly, file the TDS return w/o disclosing the income of the employee whose TDS was not deducted. (terrible failure on the part of the company, not advisable)

Secondly, deduct & deposit the TDS along with the interest and file a TDS return (complete in all respects). I'd suggest this option.

28 April 2012 Sir Actually employees income is 300,000.0 but after deduction, income is 160,000.0, so no tds deducted. this income details is shown in TDS return or not.

28 April 2012 not required if having net taxable income below taxable slab or under exemption limit

if not deducted tds for the whole year but filed tds return for fist 3 quarters then i will suggest to file also for 4th quarter also

so, not mandatory to file in case of non deduction of tds

Is the employee's income 3L or 1.6L pa?
Could ya be clear about what deduction you've mentioned?

Once I've this info I'll suggest a way out.
