Hi,
Am yesodha.Am working as a accountant in a pvt. concern. Its a small conern so usually payslip will not be provided to the staffs. so as per all staffs requirement am planning to issue payslip. so i request you to provide the format of payslip as a word document.

u can have a following format of salary slip:-
ABC pvt. limited
Name of employee
code no.xxxxx
salary for the month of xxx
col. A Col.B col. c
Basic salary Eligible Earned
PF xxx abc
HRA xxx abc
DA xxx abc
Special allowance xxx abc
Col. D
Deductions
Tax
PF
loan
others
this is a standard format.
