To the best of my memory, Normal fees + maximum 10 times is the limit. Hence if the normal fees to your company is Rs. 500/- for any document, the additional fees would be Rs. 5000/-

Also forgot to add upto 31st August 2010 only 25% of the normal additional fees need to be paid in the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2010
