1. Excise Duty is applicable for Manufacturers,

2. But, you can claim exemption upto Rs.1,50,00,000, if you have a Small Scale Industry Registration

3. Before tell yes or no, we need to ask so many input from you, what kind customers you supply, (end user or other manufacturers ) etc.,

4. Pls, consult any Chartered Accountant or Tax Consultant or Advocates or Company Secretary or Cost Accountant in your area
