About recognized provident fund

30 November 2013 Please Help me. If pvt ltd company is Closed its entire business and it didn't pay any recognized provident fund to employee than tell me how to get employee provident fund amount. what is procedure for withdrawal of fund.....please help me reply fast................

30 November 2013 If after closing all of the business office of the company is still running and you are able to attest PF Withdrawal form by the company officials then you can get PF Amount in your bank account.

If amount of PF is deducted and deposited in to PF then it can be withdrawn by withdrawal form provided from regional PF Office.

Fill up the form, attach Copy of Bank passbook mentioning IFSC code and copy of address proof. Get attest it by the company official and submit to PF Office.

If company is contactless then seek remedy from the labor office of related state / city.

30 November 2013 fill the withdrawal form. Get it attested from a gazetted officer. If you see, the claim form, it is not necessary for the form to be attested by the employer.
