What are the documents require for re registration of articleship and back date registration is possible

You need to submit Form 103 same like you have submitted for fresh registration.
No need to take DD of 2000 for fresh registration
Identity card issued by previous Principal
Yes backdated can be possible if you can convince your Principle & Frankling
