About pf deduction

10 October 2014 sir i m wrking in a school nd my previous salary was 10500,after increment now my salary is settled as 11500. but now employer is saying there is a new policy of pf has arrived in which whose salary is less dn 15000 there pf will be deducted from there salary and company will deduct 24% from my salary. due to that i gave resign notice on 30th sep but still they are saying my pf will be deducted from my this month salary so sir plz tell me what is the procedure to tell them no for that as they are not listening any thing so legally what can i do there to get my salary back?

Its legal requirement, however they can not deduct 24%, max they can deduct is 12% of your Basic + DA.
