If a persone already alloted pan no. but if misplaced the pan card and if he again apply new pan no as a newly applyed and alloted from department then he submit the income tax return on new pan no. thereafter how cancel to old pan.
you have a form for application for new pan card , which you can get from UTI, or you can download form the net. you need to fill this form and apply for a new pan card, pl remember you should not apply again for a pan when you already hold a pan card. in fact it is an affence for applying for 2 or more pan cards
