27 June 2008 If a persone already alloted pan no. but if misplaced the pan card and if he again apply new pan no as a newly applyed and alloted from department then he submit the income tax return on new pan no.
thereafter how cancel to old pan.

28 June 2008 If you misplace the PAN card ..... dont apply for the new pan... pl apply for the re-issue of pan...

you can trace the PAN from the previous transations and apply..

you have a form for application for new pan card , which you can get from UTI, or you can download form the net. you need to fill this form and apply for a new pan card, pl remember you should not apply again for a pan when you already hold a pan card. in fact it is an affence for applying for 2 or more pan cards
