09 August 2013 Respected sir, my brother filed It return of A.y 2011-12 & A.y 2012-13 in jan -2013..
now he will get notice from income tax about not filing of return in A.y 2010-11. we reply it that there was not taxable income in f.y -2009-10 but they are require detail about share transaction of 20000 and bank statement copy.but we have only bank pass book copy but not any kind of detail regarding share transaction so what should we do now please reply as soon as possible..

you just need to file return for A.Y. 2010-11 even its nil and just write letter to IT dept mention your acknowledgement no after this your order will closed.
