Should I declare non-depreciating assets - which are not related to my profession (washing machine, refrigerator etc) in my balance sheet?

You may show them in your personal balance sheet.
They are more like drawings from personal account. If you want to keep them seperate in the balance sheet for control purposes, you can.
Otherwise, reduce it from capital.

In your Business balance sheet, you should not shown your personal assets. Just shown it in your personal balance sheet.
