22 December 2011 I want to know, whether medical reimbursement exemption of Rs. 15000/- in addition to Rs. 100000/- of 80C deduction OR is it included in 80 c deduction of Rs. 100000/-

also let me know can company give deduction to all employees of Rs. 15000/- u/s 10 for the medical reimbursement, without receiving any document from employees
