If one excisbale unit has one or more registered unit on the same name will it be considered as a LTU.?

registered for more than one factories is multi location units = MLU
paid duty over 1 cr in previous finaicnial year with MLU = Large tax payer units = LTU
paid duty over 1 cr in previous finaicnial year with MLU = Large tax payer units = LTU
