Immediately after the Board meeting (not more than 20 minutes of ending of the meeting) you have to fax the figures to Stock exchange followed by physical copy by courier or speed post. Corporate governance report also has to be sent by post. With reference to roc for filing corporate governance steps are being taken by mca.
