Please clear my confusion about ITR4 and ITR 4s
if somebody filled before ITR 4S can he fill ITR4 for his next AY

24 January 2014 If you are maintaining books of account, file ITR4. If you are covered u/s 44AD or 44AE and not maintaining accounts, file ITR 4S.
You can change the Form any time based on whether books are maintained or not..
