30 October 2013 what is the procedure to join the industrial training???
is c.a bound for sign the industrial training form,if we demand the same??

30 October 2013 CA is not bound to give permission,he can permit you to go for industrial traning on his discrition

because you promised him to work with him for 3 years in form 102,,
..
.
so it is the employer to decide whether to allow for industrial training or not

30 October 2013 procedure
.
.
1)take form 109 from current employer and send to icai with in 30 days
.
.
2)There should be an agreement of industrial training in Form No.104. On satisfactory completion of industrial training by an articled/audit assistant, the associate/fellow member under whom the industrial training is received shall issue a certificate in Form No.105 in respect of the training undergone.

3)It is required to maintain details of work undertaken and training received in the prescribed format.
