A Resident in India Have a House Property in Abroad. He Recevied Rent in Abroad. The question is that Does he is able to received 30% deduction on Net Annual Value

There is no diff. income from house Property in india or abroad,so as per section 24 of Income tax act, received 30% deduction on Net Annual Value
