01 October 2009 Dear All,

Can anybody tell me if we can do the actuarial valuation on monthly basis for pvt company or any company? Is it a practice that is being followed in the organization or only it is being done on annual basis?

01 October 2009 Individual is holding PAN no. when he was resident of India. Now he has become Non resident. Whether he is required to file return of income in India with the usual ward or is there any special ward for filing his return of income.? Whether any formalities are to be done before filing his return of income.i.e whether to change PAN no. or his original PAN will continue for filing his return of income.Can u suggest ant site or helpline specially available for Non residents.

05 October 2009 The Pan number remains the same .
No formalities required.
Returns to be filed in Non resident Circles which are created in big cities , if manually filed.
If e filed , post the ack to Bangalore at the address provided in the ack
