About forgot of user id & password of gst

PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW TO WRITE LETTER TO JURISDICTION OFFICER ABOUT FORGOT OF USER ID & PASSWORD

In case, you forgot your user id and password. You are not required to write any letter and follow up with department. You can get the same through online. In log in page of GST below the log in button, you found the two option in blue colour one forgot username and second is forgot password through of both option. You can get your id and password.

Sir but the client has not received any otp on register mobile number and email so that's why we have get it rest through officer, pls reply
