10 May 2013 Can i have a chance of getting exemption in Group I Paper if i have appeared all the exam of Group I But fail to appear in any subject of Group II if i have applied for Both Group examination.

10 May 2013 That means i have don't give Group II exam and fail in Group I exam and have an exemption, in that case also i will be eligible for the exemption in that Paper irrespective of the fact that i didn't give the Group II exam.

13 May 2013 Exemption is allowed on the basis of each group. If you have appeared in both the groups and failed in both the groups but in some subject you have secured more than 60% with total aggregate marks then you are eligible for exemption in that paper. If you have appeared in Group in both the groups and failed in group I but in some subjects you have secured above 60 still you can get the exemption provided you get the aggregate marks.
