we have purchase a mobile from abroad , custum duty paid or not??????

If the same is already in your hand, that means it is inclusive all the Duty & Taxes paid, as the Custom Duty is generally charged before Clearing the particulars Parcel/Documents. If not then it is subject to Clearing after paying necessary Duty & Taxes i.e., Custom Duty as applicable.
