not officially announced by ICAI...i dont think such exemption will come and one cant depend on such announcements to come....proceed through CPT instead...!

Go and find out if the ICAI has issued any notification on this subject. If yes then Yes if no then NO. Till to-day I think no notification has been issued by ICAI.
