if we have closing stock as on 30.06.17 and having not Vat excess or VAT nil then shall we in Trans 1
12 November 2017
No need to file Tran-1 if you dont want to take any credit.

If no credit to carry under Vat Act, Excise, Service Tax, CVD etc etc, no need to opt for Tran - I
