whether caro is also applicable to NBFC...
but in my opinion it is not applicable on NBFC coz caro is applicable on banking company as defined in banking regulation act.

check the applicability of the CARO, unless it is specifically excludes from the applicability of the CARO, it is equally applicable to all entities which fit into the categories.
